Vega Economics was retained in a high-profile employment litigation matter where plaintiffs alleged race discrimination, disparate treatment, disparate impact, hostile work environment and unlawful retaliation.

Plaintiffs asserted that as a result of the alleged discrimination, they experienced economic losses in the form of lost pay and benefits. Vega’s expert was retained on behalf of the defendant to review reports by plaintiffs’ expert and respond to their opinion of economic losses.
